During construction of your home, you can rest easy knowing that our team is completely familiar with the design of your home. The Building Process
Phase 1: Start Construction
(site and foundation preparation)
Construction of building pad through underground trades.
Phase 2: Slab Poured
Concrete slab and beams are poured over the steel reinforcement completing the foundation.
Phase 3: Framing Begins
Exterior & Interior wall framing begins.
Phase 4: Roof Rafters Cut
Roof rafters are hand cut and job site installed.
Phase 5: Frame Complete
During phase five of construction all interior and exterior wood framing is in place. All the windows and sliding glass doors have been installed. Your house has really taken shape. Now the mechanical trades will begin their work.
Phase 6: Plumbing Topout, HVAC ducts and electrical wiring complete.
All mechanical trades are complete and it is time for the insulation, drywall and stucco.
Phase 7: Drywall Complete
Drywall is complete and painted.
Phase 8: Cabinets and interior woodwork installed
During phase eight of construction the fully custom cabinets are built, the countertops are ready to template, cut, and install. The wall and floor tile is finished as well as the remaining trim work.
Phase 9: Plumbing fixtures, heating/air conditioning equipment and electrical fixtures installed.
Phase 10: During phase ten of construction all finishing components are complete and ready for inspection.
Phase 11: Home Cleaned
Finally the house is ready closing. The house is professionally cleaned and you are ready for delivery of your new Elegance in Design Custom Home. Congratulations!
